The Sporting Clay’s shoot for February 21, 2021 has been CANCELLED due the heavy snow and ice on the course make for unsafe conditions for shooters.
The Skeet League shoot for February 21, 2021 will be OPEN with updated shoot time frame, the Skeet range will be open from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
CMP Match CANCELLED Feb 20, 2021
Due to the heavy ice and snow on the range and the unsafe conditions it has created for competitor’s, the decision to CANCEL the February 20, 2021 match was made. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The CMP Matches will resume on March 20, 2021.
SCTP Clay Buster Registration
SCHOLASTIC CLAY TARGET PROGRAM (SCTP)
March 21, 2021 – 11A.M. – 2 P.M.
The Factoryville Sportsmen’s Club will hold registration for the F.S.C. Clay Buster team on Sunday March 21, 2021 from 11:00 am. to 2:00 pm at the clubhouse on Lake Winola Road. The Clay Busters, as part of the Scholastic Clay Target Program, emphasize safe firearms handling, sportsmanship and teamwork. We have no bench, every team member participates. Parents or guardians with children from 5th grade through 12th grade along with their child must be present in order to complete the sign-up process. Club membership is not required.
There is a $55.00 registration fee for each shooter. The below link will open the Athlete Forms to register, return forms to Fred Rose.
The shooter will need to have use of a shotgun, 12 gauge or 20 gauge, and shells. No single shot firearms will be permitted.
Practice will be held on Wednesdays from 6pm to 8pm and two Sundays from 10am to 12pm. The season runs from April 7 until June 16. If your child is interested in participating, but you are unable to attend the registration, you may contact Fred Rose 570-903-5755 to get the necessary forms for your child. Shooters must complete 6 practice sessions with a minimum of 25 each session by June 16, 2021 to be eligible for the state championship.
This year, the state championship will be hosted by Central Penn Sporting Clays, Wellsville, Pa. on June 19, 2021.
Registration and all practice sessions will comply with the Covid-19 policies of the Scholastic Shooting Sports Foundation, the Factoryville Sportsmen’s Club and the state of Pennsylvania. If social distancing cannot be maintained, masks will be required.

Attention: The Sporting Clay and Skeet League shoot for February 07, 2021, has been cancelled. Due to the heavy snow on the Sporting Clay Course and Skeet range and some equipment issues we will not be able to open. We hope to resume shooting on February 21, 2021!
