3rd Annual FSC CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP – MEMBERS ONLY EVENT

ALL RANGES CLOSED TO FACILITATE EVENT

There are 2 Divisions of the Championship – Sportsmen’s Division which is 4 of 7 events, Championship Division – 7 of 11 events. Final score is based on highest combined score of events participated in.  You can compete in only 1 event, but you will not qualify for the Sportsman or Championship Class unless 4 or 7 events are entered.

For safety and “integrity” of scoring, no one shoots alone, must shoot with at least another shooter.

Winner of Either Sportsman or Championship Division gets a bragging rights mug for 1 year. Various awards or prizes are presented to each event winner, who keep their engraved bragging trophy for event(s) won.

SATURDAY 07/28 EVENTS (HEAT#1)

  • ARCHERY – (N/C) – 9:30 a.m. – 10 arrows…varied targets and distances 10-50 yards. “Scaled” scoring: Compounds are 100% point value of score shot, adjusted point value of score shot for Longbow & recurve 125% of score, adjusted point value of score shot for crossbow 75% of score.
  • DARTS(N/C) – 9:30 a.m. – 9 innings, 3 darts per inning – count all x2 ½
  • HORSESHOES (N/C) – 9:30 a.m. – 25 shoes – 4 @ 1 time – count all x2 ½
  • LONG RANGE RIFLE – (N/C) – 10:00a.m.- Noon – 20 rounds from the bench, any caliber under 50BMG, 20 rounds, 17 various sized targets, 3 distance COF. Shot left to right. Points increase as targets get smaller. If you want to zero in before hand, regular shoot attendance at regular fee.
  • 100 YARD RIFLE (N/C) – as safe to do so after 12:00 breakdown of the Long range event – 10 rounds, 100 Yards, off hand, any caliber legal for deer in Pa., max optic magnification set at 6x.
  • SMALLBORE RIFLE – (N/C) – as safe to do so after 12:00 breakdown of the Long range event – .22lr, open or telescopic sights, a mix of NRA Smallbore Silhouette animal targets and paper at various distances out to 100Y
  • HANDGUN(N/C)as safe to do so after 12:00 breakdown of the Long range event – 25 rounds centerfire only at 25 Yards, offhand, no magnification optic or sight.
  • FLINTLOCK MUZZLELOADER(N/C) – as safe to do so after 12:00 breakdown of the Long range event – 10 rounds at varied distances.

SUNDAY 08/05 EVENTS (HEAT #2)

  • SPORTING CLAYS – $25.00 – 9:30 a.m. – 100 birds, score all
  • TRAP – $3.50 – 11:00 a.m. – 25 birds
  • SKEET – $3.00 – 11:00 a.m. – 25 birds
  • 5 STAND – $4.00 – 11:00 a.m. – 25 birds

Final score is based on highest combined score of events participated in.

Shoot Includes:  

  • 100 Clays – Sporting Clays Course o           Optional 50/50: $10 Buy in; tickets given on signature station for dead birds
  • The South Dakota Flush (Not Scored)- 50 Clays(25/shooter) o Team of 2: 50 Clay, thrown non-stop
  • Feed (lunch)
  • Trophies for HOA and Youth HOA

 

Special Rules for the day

  • No Choke Changing on the course
  • Handicaps for (can be combined)
    • Pump guns = 5
    • SxS = 3
    • Sub gauges = 5

 

Things to Bring:

  • Safety Glasses
  • Ear Protection
  • Shotgun Shells – 71/2 or smaller

 

Cost:  

  • $80 postmarked on or before July 24, 2018
  • $50 shooters age 16 and under
  • $90 postmarked after July 24, 2018
